นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่า บริษัท ดรีม แอนด์ เอเบิล จำกัด ("เรา") ผู้ให้บริการ Beavy เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ก) ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (เจ้าของร้าน/ทีมงาน)

ชื่อร้าน, อีเมล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ภาษาที่ตั้งค่า, สกุลเงิน, เขตเวลา

ข) ข้อมูลลูกค้าปลายทางของท่าน (ที่ท่านบันทึกเข้าระบบ)

ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร พิกัด GPS ประวัติงานบริการ ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์/เครื่องปรับอากาศ
สำหรับข้อมูลส่วนนี้ ท่านคือผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล (Data Controller) และ Beavy ทำหน้าที่เป็น ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล (Data Processor) ตามคำสั่งของท่านเท่านั้น

ค) ข้อมูลการใช้งาน

Log การเข้าใช้งาน, พฤติกรรมการใช้ฟีเจอร์ต่างๆ ผ่าน Google Analytics (GA4)
คำถามที่ถามผู้ช่วย AI (Beaver) เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการตอบคำถาม (ไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลระบุตัวตนของลูกค้าปลายทางเข้าสู่ระบบ AI)

ง) ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน

เราไม่จัดเก็บเลขบัตรเครดิตของท่าน การชำระเงินระหว่างประเทศดำเนินการผ่าน Stripe ซึ่งมีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตนเอง

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อ:

ให้บริการและดูแลบัญชีผู้ใช้งานของท่าน
ประมวลผลการชำระเงินและต่ออายุการใช้งาน
แจ้งเตือนบริการ (เช่น การนัดหมายซ่อมบำรุง, ใบแจ้งหนี้ค้างชำระ)
ปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการและผู้ช่วย AI
ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. สถานที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของท่านถูกจัดเก็บผ่านบริการ Google (Google Sheets, Google Drive สำหรับรูปภาพ) และ Firebase Authentication แยกเป็นรายร้าน (tenant) แต่ละร้านมีพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลเฉพาะของตนเอง ไม่ปะปนกับร้านอื่น

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลที่สาม

เราจะไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลที่สาม เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่:

ผู้ให้บริการที่เราใช้งาน เช่น Google (โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน), Stripe (การชำระเงิน), Firebase (การยืนยันตัวตน)
หน่วยงานราชการ เมื่อมีคำสั่งตามกฎหมาย

5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิตาม PDPA ดังนี้:

สิทธิเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
สิทธิถอนความยินยอม (ในกรณีที่ประมวลผลโดยอาศัยความยินยอม)
สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล (data portability)

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลของท่านตลอดระยะเวลาที่ท่านใช้บริการ และหลังยกเลิกบัญชี เราจะเก็บข้อมูลไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางบัญชี ก่อนจะลบข้อมูลออกจากระบบอย่างถาวร

7. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย

เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคที่เหมาะสม เช่น การยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน Firebase Authentication การแยกพื้นที่ข้อมูลรายร้าน (tenant isolation) และการจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง API เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลของท่านจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

8. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

บริการนี้ไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับผู้ใช้งานที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลโดยรู้เท่าจากผู้เยาว์โดยเจตนา

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านอีเมลหรือประกาศในระบบเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญ

This Privacy Policy explains how Dream and Able Co., Ltd. ("we"), the provider of Beavy, collects, uses, and protects personal data, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Data We Collect

a) Account data (shop owner / staff)

Shop name, email, phone number, language preference, currency, timezone

b) Your end-customer data (data you enter into the system)

Name, address, phone number, GPS coordinates, service history, equipment/AC unit details
For this data, you are the Data Controller, and Beavy acts solely as the Data Processor on your instructions.

c) Usage data

Access logs and feature usage via Google Analytics (GA4)
Questions asked to our AI assistant (Beaver), used to improve response quality (no identifiable end-customer data is stored in the AI system)

d) Payment data

We do not store your credit card number. International payments are processed via Stripe, which maintains its own privacy policy.

2. Purpose of Use

We use your data to:

Provide and maintain your account
Process payments and renewals
Send service notifications (e.g. maintenance reminders, overdue invoices)
Improve service quality and our AI assistant
Comply with applicable law

3. Where Data Is Stored

Your data is stored via Google services (Google Sheets, Google Drive for photos) and Firebase Authentication, separated per tenant (shop). Each shop's data is isolated and not mixed with other shops.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data as necessary to:

Service providers we use, such as Google (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication)
Government authorities, when required by law

5. Your Rights

Under PDPA, you have the right to:

Access and request a copy of your data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of data
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
Request data portability

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the Service. After account cancellation, we retain data for the period required by law or for accounting purposes, before permanently deleting it from our systems.

7. Security Measures

We use reasonable technical measures, including Firebase Authentication for identity verification, per-tenant data isolation, and restricted API access, to protect your data from unauthorized access.

8. Children's Data

The Service is not intended for users under 20 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you via email or in-app announcement of any material changes.
